If i was the prince, i would not have settle thing any differently as  in the play. After the death of Romeo and Juliet, it is pointless to play the blame game. Both families have suffered and no one is really at fault for the lovers death. Except the stubbornness of  the both families and the ancient way of marriage. If i was prince. i would feel bad about not changing the society into something more open and more free.
